All refunds are subject to the fare rules, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility criteria set by the respective airline.
Our website does not control the refund amount, approval, or timeline.
These are fully determined by the airline.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds depend on the type of ticket purchased:

3. Refund Timelines

International flights: 14–30 business days
Refunds to credit/debit cards may take an additional 3–7 working days for the bank to process.
Refunds via UPI or net banking generally take 3–10 days after airline approval.

4. Our Processing Timeline
Once we receive the refund from the airline or partner system, we process it to your original payment method within:
3–5 business days for domestic refunds
5–7 business days for international refunds

Cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed by us AND the airline.

If you fail to board the flight without cancelling before the airline’s deadline:

Refunds are usually not permitted
Taxes may be refunded (subject to airline approval)
7. Partial Refunds & Schedule Changes
a) Airline-Initiated Changes
If the airline cancels, reschedules, or delays the flight significantly:
You may be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling
Refunds follow the airline’s compensation policy
b) Partially Used Tickets
Refunds for partially travelled journeys depend strictly on airline rules.
8. Service & Convenience Fees
Our service fees, convenience fees, platform charges, and payment gateway fees are:
Non-refundable, even if the airline approves a refund
Deducted from the final refund amount
These fees cover administrative, technology, and processing costs.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you raise a chargeback with your bank:

10. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may take longer under circumstances such as:
